Today we're going to interview Colbie Caillat , writer of "Bubbly" , one of the biggest hits of late in Brazil and internationally.
Interviewer: Let's start asking :Where are you from ? And , how old are you ?
Colbie: I grew up in Malibu , California and now I'm 22 years old.
Interviewer: Why did you rebased your CD "Coco"?
Colbie: I managed to rebase the CD because of the Internet.
Interviewer: How does the internet influence in your work?
Colbie: I've decided to use the internet to showcase my work and I used the site "MySpace" to promote some of my songs that achieved no backing from record labels.
Interviewer: Did the lack of support let you down?
Colbie: No, I didn't give up , that was why I started using the Internet.
Interviewer: Did you write the songs from the CD "Coco" by yourself?
Colbie: No , I wrote all the songs in partnership with Jason Rivers and Mikal Blue.
Interviewer: What kinds of music influence you?
Colbie: My music is influenced by folk , soul and jazz styles.
Interviewer: What is a grat song for you ?
Colbie: A great song should lift your heart , warm the soul and make you feel good.
